iseek Communications currently operates two state-of-the-art Co-location facilities located in the Brisbane CBD and Woolloongabba. In addition to these we are currently building a third “next generation” data centre in the vicinity of the Brisbane Airport. iseek’s Co-location facility provides an optimal physical

access to high capacity Internet bandwidth.

iseek provides Co-location services to a number of local, national and international customers. The main features of the iseek co-location facility include:
iseek Communications is a premium aggregator of data traffic for Optus, Telstra, PowerTel, Pipe Networks and Uecomm. As an aggregator, iSeek Communications' Co-location facility utilises a variety of telecommunications backbones including multiple gigabit links which interlink all our data services. These data services allow our customers to interconnect their business systems using a variety of access methods.
iseek Communications provide 24-hour monitored security and emergency access to all facilities. All iseek Co-location facilities support audited and escorted access to equipment allowing our customers to meet their stringent quality assurance requirements. An installed web cam can be provided to allow customers to remotely view their equipment via a web browser.
Our Co-location facilities have various systems in place (N+1) for handling situations such as a power outage or failure, including UPS’s, back up diesel generators and air conditioning units and rerouting traffic capabilities.
Network Connectivity
In the event of network failure (even outside iseek Communications), IP connectivity will automatically be re-routed around the problem area to ensure connectivity is not lost.
Back-up generators
The diesel generators activate automatically to re-power the facility during a power outage or failure.
Uninterrupted Power Supply
All our Co-location facilities are supported with ‘always on’ power filtering and backup UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) systems. Each facility has multiple centralised UPS units as a safety precaution against short power outages, failures and poor quality supply. This ensures our customer’s equipment remains operational at all times and significantly reduces the incidence of failure due to power supply damage. Our facilities enable our customers to meet the most demanding conditions for quality operational environments that may be set by equipment vendors’ conditions of use and warranty statements. 
Our Co-location facilities use state-of-the-art technology for climate control. Each facility is fitted with automated temperature and humidity sensors, as well as a high temperature alarm. All this is in place to provide an optimum equipment environment.
In the event of a fire occurring within a Co-location facility, a highly effective INERGEN gas fire suppression system is activated to suffocate any flames.
iseek Communications' Co-location facilities feature tiled, raised steel and concrete access floors. The flooring provides an electrical grounding that helps to maintain a static free environment, as well as assisting airflow to all equipment.
