Power Quality and Protection
To ensure the continuous operation of your services, all critical power elements throughout our data centres have either been duplicated or use N+1 redundancy. Power quality is also maintained through the use of innovative cooling techniques throughout our facilities.
Air Conditioning and Cooling
Our data centres use innovative cooling systems, including hot/cold aisle configuration, to keep your equipment at its optimal operating temperature and humidity. The new iseek Enterprise Class Data Centre is one of Australia's first facilities to employ free cooling.
Connectivity
iseek's facilities are connected to a fully redundant, metropolitan fibre ring which provides customers with a variety of Ethernet and xWDM services. The three iseek Data Centres are the access points into the fibre ring, allowing customers the flexibility of installing equipment across two data centre facilities if required. Customers also have to ability to access iseek's superior, high-speed dual tier 1 Internet backbone.
Carrier Diversity
iseek Data Centres are multi-carrier enabled; all major carriers including Optus, Telstra, PIPE Networks, Nextgen, Uecomm, PowerTel and Pivot have interconnects within our data centres, providing clients with dual-carrier redundancy if required.

iseek's facilities are designed with state-of-the-art security including 24 hour on-site monitored security. iseek provides a superior level of security for your infrastructure without compromising the need for speed of access.
Support
As an iseek customer, you will have access to our experienced and qualified Corporate Engineering Support Team that can immediately assist with any technical enquiries or problems.
Our Facilities Support Team provides a single point of contact for arranging 'remote hands' support for both scheduled and unscheduled works. Support services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
