The Layer 2 service delivery provides the ISP with a dedicated Aggregated Virtual Circuit (AGVC) into the "gowireless" 3G Wireless Broadband platform. Individual services are activated and delivered via the Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol (L2TP) to the ISP's Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol Network Server (LNS).
The ISP then has complete control over providing:
- a B2C interface
- usage tracking
- end-user billing
- end-user plans
- authentication
- notifications
