ADSL1 provides Wholesale customers with a single point of interconnect for mainland Australia. Sessions are delivered into one of iseek data centres or any other interconnect location as requested by the Wholesale customer.
Each ADSL1 POP (located in each capital city) is built purely on Cisco infrastructure with multiple redundant core routers, LACs, switching fabrics, power supplies and TWE interconnects providing outstanding reliability, scalability and un-congested throughput.
In addition, iseek Wholesale customers have the option of multiple points of interconnect in order to terminate traffic on a state-by-state basis, minimising latency for end-users. This can be advantageous for delay sensitive traffic such as Voice-over IP.
