iseek 2019 Christmas Embargo

In order to maintain the highest quality of service during the holiday period, iseek will be imposing an embargo on all Cloud, Data Centre and Connectivity services by restricting platform changes. New, relocation, modifications and cancellation orders placed with iseek prior to the embargo period will proceed as far as possible up to close of business Friday 20th of December 2019 and will not be resumed until the Monday 6th January 2020. To ensure the timely delivery of critical services prior to the embargo, please ensure that new or relocation orders are placed immediately and modifications or cancellations are placed by the 15th November 2019.

During embargo the following will not occur:

  • Scheduled maintenance activities
  • Core network changes
  • Provisioning of all new services
  • DC Cabling or underfloor works
  • DC Power connectivity work
  • DC Additional cabinet installations
  • DC Third-party carrier activities

  

During embargo the following will occur:

  • All fault Restoration Activities
  • Cloud Service provisioning (on an exception basis)
